ProActors is a training and professional development resource providing creative services to industry, local government and the service sectors, we also work in schools and with community organisations.
Public service clients with whom we have worked include Local Government departments, Social Services departments, Emergency Services, Health Services, Prisons and Young Offender programmes, Education Authorities and schools.
We offer experiential training using actors, artists and workshop leaders to enhance development and increase individual and team learning.
We cover training, development and assessment in communication, managing performance, managing change, leadership, difficult conversations, conflict resolution, team building, presentations. We also work with local communities and youth groups to help with community cohesion, confidence, inclusion or ‘just for fun’ projects.
